The Bush Camps are well-suited for the more adventurous, nature-loving explorer and for guests who really want to bask in the beautiful, untouched bushveld that Mabalingwe is so well-known for.
It’s all about inhaling fresh air, the feeling of sunshine on your skin, the sights and sounds of the bushveld, a majestic African sunset and, most importantly, experiencing this all with loved ones.
Please note: all of the Bush Camps are only accessible with high-clearance motor vehicles.
KALAHARI

Privately situated at the foot of the Waterberg Mountains, Kalahari Bush Camp is ideal for family or group getaways. The five well-appointed tents are connected by a wooden walkway and are a great way to experience all that Mabalingwe has to offer from within the comfort of these airy tents; so you never miss a single song of the surrounding bushveld.
The five bush tents can accommodate two adults each, are private and separate from one another, but share a fully-equipped communal kitchen, lapa/braai area and ablution facilities.

The truly rustic 4X4 Camp is perfect for an absolute nature escape or bushveld adventure and is suitable for any bush-loving, 4X4 adventurer. Carved from nature itself, there are no “frivolous” luxuries or electricity, making it the ideal option for avid campers, who have all the camping-kit and gear. The 4X4 Camp is all about experiencing and celebrating nature in all its wonder and magnificence.
These stands are also situated conveniently close to the famous Kalahari Oasis Bush Pub. A maximum of four adults can occupy each of the seven stands.

PITSI

Pitsi Bush Camp ideally accommodates groups of ten guests and with it being situated away from the rest of the camps, offers tranquillity, privacy and a unique nature experience. Pitsi is all about celebrating the small things; listening to the stridulating of beetles, the howls of jackals, the sweet birdsong and the laughter of family.
Each unit sleeps a maximum of two adults.
